PC - Thursday

On Thursday morning at PC Andrew and I woke up with the sun and took a breakfast trail ride. This was one of the events we didn't get a chance to do last summer and we were so excited about riding some horses and eating a yummy breakfast together.

Belle, a very sweet counselor and one of Audrey's favorites b/c of her name (of course!) showed up at our cabin to watch the kiddos for the morning, dress them and take them to breakfast while we were doing the trail ride. When I came to pick our kids up, she looked at me wide-eyed and told me that I am one brave woman. LOL! She then said that her and her sister are about 16 months apart in age and she now had a new appreciation for her mother. Love it!! The A-Team kiddos sure do know how to make an impression! ;) They must have kept sweet Belle busy and on her toes for those couple of hours. :)

After the trail ride we went to a beautiful spot at the camp and ate breakfast. (Made me miss my sis a little bit b/c I know it is one of her fav spots at the Bluffs. :)

This was the yummy bacon that was served and is famous around PC. It was SOOO good and covered in maple syrup! YUM!

I had to put a pic of Ains playing in the sand. We were in this spot often during the week after meal times and the kids just loved playing in it. We definitely brought some sand home with us as well in shoes and on clothes. ;)

In Cove Kids on Thursday, Austin and Audrey went on a hunt to find the Bubble Princess. They searched for star clues that lead them to her. I am sure that sweet Audrey was WAY into this activity. She couldn't wait to meet the Bubble Princess! :)

The Brave Knight helped lead the way...

The Bubble Princess! :)

Nothing gets better for Audrey than books, bubbles and a princess combined! I just love that I knew my kids were having a blast all day long in their classes with their counsellors. SO thankful for that!!

At lunch Andrew was selected to play a men vs. women game. The guys had won earlier in the week, so the pressure was on to keep the legacy going...

This event - the Kleenex pull - was unfortunately his downfall. ;) Women won, but it was a close call. Way to be a great sport, babe!!

Then my sweet hubby was peer pressured into entering the EPIC splash event later that afternoon. He doesn't even like heights! We were so proud of Daddy!

Audrey wanted her Daddy like NOW!! :) Enough with the competitions already! Poor girl!

Austin was loving jumping off the diving board some more.

And our brave boy even attempted the blob! He was the only kiddo his age doing this thing! Austin was in.his.element. all week long and loving every minute!

That night we got dressed up and attended an adult only banquet. It was another great night of food and entertainment. Austin took this pic and he was so proud of himself. :)

Love this boy!

This girl was tired by the end of the night, but like all my kiddos, made some time to be silly before bed. :) More to come...
