Our House in Waco...

This is our house that we lived in while we were in Waco. It was a very sweet little house and we loved all the updates that were made to the inside. It was both Austin and Audrey's first home to live in and it holds many wonderful memories. All that being said, we put it on the market a little over 10 months ago (at an awesome price I must say) and we haven't been able to sell it. This has been an area of stress/burden for us since we have lived in Anna and it has been one of those things where we feel as though we haven't had complete closure with one foot in Waco and the other in Anna. I know the market is a mess right now and I also know that the Lord has His perfect timing, so I haven't been too stressed about it. Our church here has helped us with the finances of carrying 2 house payments and we are so thankful for that provision. (Thanks FBC Anna!:) But, the money given is about to run out and we were coming close to "crunch time" with this house. Well, just 2 weeks ago we decided to be open to having renters and being landlords. We are so excited that the Lord provided a renter this weekend! It is a sweet couple with 2 kiddos who are moving to Waco and he is looking for (or might already have) a job as a minister. They want to buy our house as soon as they sell theirs. Praise God!

We (okay maybe just me) had no doubt that God had this house thing under control. So often when we are praying for the Lord to move on our behalf, we forget that their are other people/families/lives involved. I love that we can rent out our home to this family who is serving the Lord in the ministry like we are. God's timing is always perfect, isn't it? He is amazing and sometimes I just sit in awe of the things He has orchestrated in my life! What an incredible God we serve!
