So me and these two sweet friends, Megan and Lesley made it a goal to run a 5K before the end of 2011. We are 3 Mama's with 10 kiddos between all of us and it was TIME to set a goal for our health and mainly for ourselves. :) Meg and I started running in September 3-4 times a week early in the mornings doing the Couch to 5K program. There were many mornings that were tough, but there is nothing like having some one there beside you cheering you on to go a little further each time. We were so excited (and a little nervous) to run our first 5K for a wonderful cause. It was also fun to see my cousin, Brad and his family there to support his friends by running the race (he came in 3rd!! Awesome!) |

Way to Go! And you can totally do a half! I did it, and you KNOW you are waaaaayyyy more athletic than me!
